I concede that the technology might be a valuable asset.

But how many companies - even at the development stage do have intellectual property and trade in the lower single digits - companies to be "discovered" in the next bullrun.

But in this bear market (and it is bearish, despite the one day 6% jump) where everybode looks at numbers, it is not the right time.

Additionally, much of investors confidence is broken, when a 40ish stock (at "normal" times) first doubles and finally halves from the initial price (early 1998).

Guess how TLAB/CIEN merger is going on, maybe then the ratio is slashed to 0,5 TLAB/CIEN.
