DJ, It looks like it was done at 1:23PM when NOVL was in the plus territory today. Given the bid and ask quotes before and after the transaction it looks like the 5/8 went off at the bid. Is there way of determining if that was a covered call sale or just a sell? Maybe it doesn't matter since both might indicate that whoever initiated it just didn't believe NOVL would be over 15 in February. quote.com NOVL actually wanted to break out above 11 today until the STARR issue came out. 207.95.154.130 You can see high volume also coming in around 1:23PM. Maybe someone bought the stock and sold the covered calls. DavidG
