the more that I come to the conclusion that frontier justice had some redeeming driving factor behind it ..........

back in the days of the frontier and outlaws and rapid justice this geographic area could coincide with where you, Cuz, Tina, and I now live in Texas --- but then again, maybe not .....
It was a common place happening ...
Steal money ----- after a fairly quick trial , hang the culprit
Steal a cow ------ hang the culprit, and fairly quickly
Steal a horse ---- hang the culprit quickly and fairly
Steal the honor of a good woman ----- hang the culprit mucho rapido but not find it necessary to locate a big tree ----simply carry it out fairly quickly
Steal most everything else ---- bring in the judge, quickly, have the trial fairly, but quickly, and hang the defendant ----- quickly, fairly, and without hesitation, fairly, quickly and mucho rapido ----
Dishonor a man's word -----
2 possible happenchances .........
1) get called out
2) get called out and the matter WOULD be SETTLED fairly quickly
3) go to choices 1 and 2 above
OK ----
but with the above method of frontier justice ----
there isn't much problem ..........
keeping in mind the overwhelming requisites of fair and quick
and this cyberworld in which we reside .....
it seems to me that this could be settled fairly and quickly ......
let's have the trial in Texas ---- or have I missed something ? ? ?
