Hi Wayne! "I have been to the mountain." JNNE's lawsuit against ANFS is of public record.

San Bernardino Superior Court
Rancho Cucamonga Branch Court
Document Control Section
8303 N Haven Ave
Rancho Cucamonga, CA 91730
909-945-4118

Case #RCV-35053
Jones Naughton Entertainment vs Amerinet Financial Systems, et al. and Cross-Complaint

There is no charge to view the lawsuit. But it costs 50 cents per page to get copies (they will only do 10 pages per day unless you catch them when they aren't busy). The original complaint is about 88 pages. They didn't have the cross-complaint when I last spoke to them. They said it hadn't reached their office yet.

If anyone wants to order the lawsuit by mail, you need to send them a letter, the case number, a self-addressed stamped envelope (large enough for the documents and with adequate postage), and 50 cents per page (about $44 for the original complaint) and payment must be by money order or certified check.

Remember, you will have to allow as many as 9 days for them to photocopy the 88 pages of the original complaint. We don't know how many pages the cross-complaint might be until they get it.

I am not a lawyer and I haven't seen the cross-complaint, but it sure looks to me like JNNE has a strong argument against ANFS.

By the way, the original complaint was filed by JNNE on July 9, 1998 and the cross-complaint was filed Sept 2, 1998.
