It's not quantity...CheckFree has already signed up 85% of the DDA accounts in the United States(or 400 FI's), it would not be beneficial for them to throw money out the window to get the last 15%. Same goes for billers, sign the large and mid sized ones, the rest aren't as important.

First off, their site is not that bad. Second, you do not understand branding....the only web site that matters is the "Trusted Agent" (i.e. Chase Bank, Bank One, E*Trade, Yahoo, etc...)
