Does anyone know if there is a self contained cellular-capable portable computer with which to connect to the 'net?

--- it appears the Hitachi computer is cellular-ready, but not cellular-capaple, ie., it may require one or more of: 1) cellular phone, 2) PCMIA card, 3) satellite dish. Anyone care to enlighten me?
