I agree that their excuses sound lame. They attempt to blame labor problems at the telcos. The only strike I am aware of was at US West and they are a Cisco customer. Why should Lucent and Nortel get hammered today because RLT spooks the market by talking about labor problems at the RBOCs? Does RLT have common customers with Nortel or Lucent?
