You know, I don't have anything against promotion per se, whether by a company's shareholders or by tout sheets - I've played the tse, me, vse microcaps in a small way for years, and imho nobody would ever know about them if they didn't put a significant effort into promotion, it's fundamental to their survival and quite legitimate. But that promotion must be truthful and its economic motivations must be fully disclosed, as you point out #reply-5699560 and as Section 17(b) of your 1933 Securities Act also points out.
