Very good points you make. But the problem may not be one of understanding as much as foreign exposure. I don't know if you have noticed, but the estimates of for Q3(9/98) have gone from +$.05 to -$.07/share. This hurts. But hopefully since the figures obviously have been guided quite low, there won't be any need to do a dreaded, "Earnings warning." If they do, "warn" it won't be pretty.

I can't see Canada or Asia turning around anytime soon. They are really going to have to rely on domestic MSOs like TCOMA, Cox, and 21st Century to come through for them. In reading about Colin Boyd (newly hired VP of Sales), it appears he may have a lot of international contacts. I wish he was more focused on domestic sales. I was hoping when I went back to read the details it would say domestic a lot. But it really doesn't.

All this, IMVHO.
