Are you trading using FOX, the web site or touch tone? Also are you Spartan? Gold Circle? I have several accounts and can't say I have found a truly excellent outfit yet. Spartan is OK on everything except spreads. I never know where those orders are either. Shorting is also tough since they have to earmark the stock to short. Sometimes this takes a while longer than I would like it to.
