Primarily, then you look just at the DOW. You must admit that the divergence of the transports and banks, at least, below the 200 dma is something of a new development in the last 5 years or so. There has been no such large a divergence for at least that long.

Do you expect the whole banking sector and the transport sector to follow the lead of the DOW and "snap-back?" I'm not ridiculing you, just want to understand why the DOW is so important to your TA as opposed to some other indices -- DOW is a very select group of stocks, would you agree? Do you compose any of your own groups or just look at that index? Perhaps this should have been a PM. Don't mean to clutter things up.

You seem as convinced of your position now as you were a while back when you declared the bull market was over. Where do you think you erred then?
