You need to reread the asend portion of the deal and corelate the relationship thatDT already has with the portion.Asend is not even gettin 20% of the deal and VocalTec has not only the Gateway's but we are talking all Phone to phone at well below the price you indicated.
If you need to find numbers Frost&Sullivan is a good source But Mrs Mime and the Probe Grp have some very straight figures.Also I Suspect you have some other problems here so I suggest you do your own work.I see VocaldTec above 40 in less then a year.
