Gary, Thanks for posting the notice. It will be interesting to see where the shares end up converting at.

Now that it appears the EdHeads will be able to get past the NASDAQ $1 minimum bid requirement, it will be interesting to see how they come up with the funds to get past the net tangible assets requirement.

I guess the good news is that at least for some of us traders who have recently stayed away from this puppy due to the large percentage spreads, we will once again be able to trade 'till our heart's content, (or the next reverse split - whichever comes first).
