I hope I'm not speaking out of turn here (again). Jeff is busily working away on the private offering and things are apparently looking pretty good. It's my understanding that if you are still interested he will at least talk to you, but no promises as to your being included. While I am not planning to participate myself, that decision has more to do with personal financial stuff than anything else. The offering was very fair, in my opinion and, should be given serious consideration by those who are looking at it.

Another thought crossed my mind: The biggest short-term problem the Company seems to be facing is a shortage of operating capital. If the private placement is completely successful, then that problem will be solved, and all shareholders will see a faster increase in the value of their Company. So if you can afford to participate, it only makes good common sense to do it.
