Max, I saw the interview he referred to the liquidity of the fund shares.The smallcap stock might not be so liquid, but the funds that own them are. He also mentioned that they (the fund) sometimes place block orders below the bid,in hopes of purchasing the block from an overly eager seller at a market discount price.Guess it's kinda like the "good ole boys" network<vbg>.DD
