I've been randomly beset with Super Express orders rejected with the error "access denied, check password" quite frequently lately. I read about this problem in earlier postings, but never found a resolution. I wish I could give you a hint as to when it occurs, but I haven't found any common thread. I've tried the frame version, the two window version, from my local hard drive and from your web site. Usually the only fix is to shut down Netscape (4.04) and reload.

There is one common theme. I can always access any function without this problem except for entering an actual order. Daily activity, portfolio etc. always work fine. BTW I always access these from the Super Express order window, not from the frame or secondary reporting window.

Any new ideas about how I can avoid this problem, or maybe old solutions that I missed?
