Yeah, but one thing he forgot to mention what that he was talking about people that bought 6 months or a year ago...not about people buying today. The question continues to be future outlook. I noticed there is a fella here waiting for 65 so he can buy his new house. I hope he gets it - it would be dissasterous if he didn't. But then, 65 looks like sure thing from here if the market cooperates. OG
