Jack: There is already a law saying that people who are paid to tout a stock must disclose same prior to touting said stock. That law is violated all the time.

I am not aware of any law saying those who have an interest in a stock (long or short) have to disclose same before posting positive or negative comments on the internet.

I agree with Zeev. The real issue here is that GPGI must have an environmental permit in order to produce. They don't have one, so they must get one. Better now than later. Would have been better still to get one before they started to produce.

As far as AZDEQ is concerned, of course they are going to get involved when GPGI announces to the world via PR's they are now a producer. Heck, Maxam's got a permit from AZDEQ and they are nowhere near producing anything. Can't believe GPGI dropped the ball. Its like they are playing right into the hands of the shorts (assuming there is much of a short interest in a .47 stock).
