Mr. Feierabend: With all due respect, sir, you are a moron. The company could not buy up half the issue at a discount and your little hypothesis is silly, nay stupid. If you think an SEC review which resulted in the company being forced to restate earnings as no big deal, then you truly are an ass. (no offense) Please get a grip and see that this stock is a turd, indeed a Triple Turd with Flies as Mr. Pink has pointed out on numerous occaisions. Now sell your stock, like a good boy and you may make your money back by shorting FP. Mr. Pink
