I can readily determine that I must request an IndependantCouncil --( ala KenStarr) to review the findings of this entire affair and report to the nation and SI in particular and to the Z thread ----

I can be bougth off for a paltry sum ........
so as to relieve the pressure of investigation ....

and/or
a tour of WestTexas Oil Rigs .........
