David, don't buy the BS from Starr. That's not how the GJ or any kind of prosecution works. Starr could not call the President before the GJ (first, because it is constitutionally suspect whether the POTUS can be subject to a subpoena and second, because a target of investigation is never called to testify because it is assumed that he or she would simply plead the Fifth). So he was taunting the POTUS, the target of his investigation, that he is guilty until he produces exculpatory evidence. What a shame that Starr would stoop so low.
