Paunch, IPM may have paid the money, but it will show that the owner of record(Omega) paid the fees, and in fact I suspect only the owner of record is permitted to pay the fees so IPM would have to give the money to Omega who would then pay the fees.
Perhaps thall can illuminate that detail.
