Starr was exactly correct. Clinton could be subpoenaed because he would be appearing as Bill Clinton, not as the President in his official capacity. The courts would uphold Starr's action. But Starr didn't need or want to play Kendall's delaying game.

btw, if you have bothered to read anything about Starr you should know by now that any assertions that Starr has made regarding impeachable offenses by Clinton will be backed up by such overwhelming evidence that it cannot be rebutted.

Just watch.
