Pre-empted? I don't think so. I watched it. It was about 15 minutes of Bob Bemer's life story as it pertained to Y2K, several shots of Bob shooting pool on his Texas ranch, shots of huge computer rooms, a few shots of Bob pecking away at his computer, and most importantly ... a closeup shot of his Arizona personalized "ASCII" license plate.

Bob predicted the Y2K problem would be with us through about 2005.

There was a plug for the company he owns with his partners (Bigisoft), and there was a shot of an animated "cartoon" that depicted bigits.

TPI was not mentioned.

TED (Post #8686 ... somebody's gotta' have a good joke about that)
