Again I agree with you. But just so you know my position, I haven't owned CELL for a while (whenever it opened at 17 5/8 was when I sold of course my fill was NOT the top-tick). My frustration stems from empathy relating to my long-term oriented clients. They are buried (12-20 cost).

Enough about my problems, I have a market related question. I understand the plethora of value plays amongst the small caps (CELL incl'd) BUT is it true that during the greatest decade for stocks (the 50's which blow away both the 80's & 90's) the small caps actually avg'd a negative 4% return?

Let's assume that Harry Dent is correct & 2000-2009 will be the greatest economic boom in history & the dow goes to 20,000-35,000, why would we continue to hold a small cap with 50% foreign exposure? Especially if we have a repeat of the 50's & NOKA quadruples CELL's returns along with every drug stock for that matter?
