However, they already have over 100 workers in NI at their current burn rate of ~$5 million per quarter.

Are they hiring in NI or not? Raw material costs alone for 780,000 batteries would be significant. Both a business gearing up for production and a business in production will increase its expenses. If their burn rate has been $5M with no production, it is incongruous to expect that it will run multiple shifts on 1 to 3 lines (using for the sake of argument the assumptions of those who imply that $5M will continue to be the max burn rate per quarter) w/o increasing expenses.

It appears that klemencic has awoken from his slumber to begin spewing again. There is no more material evidence nor publically regulated informtion suggesting that VLNC is able to produce than there is for any other potential competitor. The news from VLNC is of senior officers resigning and ot of contracts being consummated.

The share price is compelling confirmation of the absence of material activity. It is September. On a day in which the Nasdaq was up 90 + points and the DJIA up 380 +, VLNC fell. It fell more today. It has been well below and reamins below klemencic's mental masturbatory conspiracy theory. Wake up people.
