Sounds like your initial experience was the same as mine. The PCI fired up as primary and the AGP stayed black. I think you may have a problem with your AGP (see my other note) since their win98 drivers may not support multi monitors. ATI is my OEM AGP card and the updated drivers clearly do support it, AS THE SECONDARY adapter.

Not sure why the other poster said viper330 is not compatible. It clearly is and was on my shopping list. See: diamondmm.com ,they confirm its compatibility.

My AGP is 8mb. I bought the velocity 4400, which is 16mb for $199, in stock at Comp USA. I would have gone with 8 or 12 but couldn't find an acceptable product. That price would have been closer to $120-140. I use a ton of graphics applications for my educational materials.
