Dan, I belive that you are right again, and until the Clinton thing is resolved - I belive that there will be some chaos. When you think of it - the impeachement of a President , where a congress sets about changing the will of the people is very serious. It is the thing that revolutions are made off. So unless Clinton resigns I belive things will be murky in the near future. My own opinion of Clinton is that he is man of little stature, a liar etc. - but the people elected him and changing that is not something that should be taken lightly , and actually the way Washington is talking it would appear that they are taking it seriously. So until this is resolved - anything can happen. Actually the buyback program should benefit. John
