Ron, Right now, I don't believe they have any employees (miners). They were all laid off about 2 months ago. The infrastructure is there. They just need money to pay the employees. Once they get the JV, then they can start mining. Go to the Yahoo thread. You must filter out the garbage. One in every 10 posts says something useful. Martin
