According to Mr. Cappaze (he has to check the DTC sheets), LGHT has somewhere between 220-280 shareholders. He didn't think it was a problem at all now that news is coming out to get the required number of shareholders. According to the press release,LGHT has the required Assets ($4M+ min.) and share price ($1+min.) Now just a few more share holders and here comes NASDAQ........... I just realized that DJ news hasn't picked it up yet. It will be interesting to see what happens to the price when the rest of the business world sees the recent news.... Richard
