Did the people that testified really believe their testimony would remain secret when the case was being made against the President? I doubt it. You're kidding of course. Are you suggesting that grand jury witnesses should have known in advance their testimony would be leaked by the GJ office (not much was secret day to day from that hearing room), and that their testimony wouldn't remain secret!
