Hi Duke,
PMCS is still below the bearish resistance line and the RS is negative. Even with the sector going to bull alert, you want to make sure the trend chart is intact. PMCS is not there yet.
It did break a double top and has a higher bottom but there is resistance at 36/40 with the brl at 37. Needs to at least get to 38. A move to 28 would break all near term support.
