I think the following is one of the best scenarios as far as investors are concerned:

report, I hazard, will be more than enough. Once the members of the
Judiciary Committee have examined the text, in all its shocking and
prurient detail, they will acknowledge that the President is a
borderline sociopath who must be removed at once."

I am hoping that if the report is as bad as some would have us believe, the citizenry will make the decision for Congress if the Starr report is made public tomorrow.
