As I said, you've got your facts wrong on all of these things:

Secret Task forces costing millions of dollars,

There was no "secret" task force (let alone plural "forces"). There was litigation between the WH and a physicians' group over whether the deliberative sessions of the health care task force should be held in public or not and whether their records should be open to the public. Otherwise, the task force's sessions were public--indeed, they were based on public discourse. They had a legitimate disagreement over how the sunshine laws work, and the doctors won. So we still have an exhorbitantly priced, inefficient health care system. If you want to chalk that up as a victory for the GOP, be my guest.

hundreds of FBI files laying around the White House prying into peoples lives.

I agree that the files were lying around, but as for prying, there was never any proof of that, and Congress closed down their hearings without ever making such a finding.

Firing and attempting to discredit a good man at the travel office because they wanted their cronies to run things.

I agree that Dale was treated badly, but let's remember something. Everyone in the WH serves at the pleasure of the President. If they wanted to replace Dale, they didn't need any excuse to do so. The WH staff is always cleaned out upon the change of administration. I'm willing to believe that they really thought Dale was doing something illegal and he was investigated. It was found that Dale did things improperly, but it was never found that he was pocketing the money as was suspected by the WH. As for Hillary's role, who cares whether she ordered his firing or not? As I said, the President can fire or remove anyone he wants for any reason he has.

Lying to the elderly over Medicaid/Medicare,

Nope. The GOP was the one found to have lied on this when they said that they were not going to cut medicare. In fact, Haley Barbour issued a 1 million dollar challenge to anyone who could prove that Republicans were going to cut medicare. After several claimants came out of the woodwork, Barbour had the temerity to sue them. And HE'S LOSING THE CASE IN COURT, so in the end he may have to pay off several claimants. (As for the merits, I don't really care; I thought that they should cut medicare and I don't know why the wealthy elderly don't bear a greater share of the costs.)

and starving children.

What? I thought welfare reform was the Republicans' idea.

Selling cherished war grounds

No you're wrong again. The Republicans even apologized for these accusations after they were proven wrong. Clinton did not use Arlington Cemetery for political purposes. The only allegation that panned out was that a former ambassador who obtained a waiver to be buried there was a liar.

and space in the Lincoln bedroom to the highest bidder.

Without the rhetorical spin, I'll give you that one.

Trying to ruin the good character and reputation of a decent man like Ken Starr in an effort to save their butt,

No, Ken Starr and his henchmen are doing it to themselves. Clinton had nothing to do with Starr defending Tobacco companies, with going into cahoots with an illegal wiretaptrix, with accepting a job paid for by the largess of Clinton's biggest attacker, Richard Mellon Scaiffe, and from taking tips from a Arkansas informant who was on the right wing conspiracy's payroll. He has no right to retain his reputation if he decided to get into bed with those creeps.

while claiming it was all part of some "Vast Right Wing Conspiracy".

Of course it's a conspiracy. Just because it's been a highly successful conspiracy to uncover wrongdoing by the President doesn't negate the fact that it is a conspiracy--paid for by laundered money from fundamentalist Christians, eccentric billionaires, and Arkansas enemies.

Doughboy.
