JLA, An honest question. If you had a client who asked you whether he should voluntarily appear before a grand jury in which he was the target of the investigation, would you tell him to do it?

And as for exculpatory evidence, when was it ever a defendant's duty to provide evidence to prove his innocence? For good reason, our criminal system is based on the bedrock principle of the presumption of innocence.

Starr was clearly taunting Kendall and Clinton in that original letter, and I think that is beneath the Office of the Independent Counsel.
