I wasn't talking about the Appeals Court, I was talking about the special investigator that the DOJ (remember them) used that determined they were integrated. This is why the DOJ changed their strategy in the last few weeks because they knew they were going to lose. This just shows how out of touch you are with life. For the record, I know a heck lot more about this technology than you do!
