Hi Byron. My point is that company management know that one of the things holding back the share price is the legimacy that comes when a company opens up it's books by releasing audited financials. DGIV management has told it's shareholders that really soon that they will file these numbers with the SEC. How the market responds to these numbers, I am not sure. I agree with others that it is about time that DGIV releases revenue projections with contracts. Until potential investors see numbers, be them 10-sb or contract revenues, we are destined to languish. IMO we will see numbers within the next 10 days. Mark
