to answer my own question about pump and dump... It seems like there is heavy call option buying. I don't think this would happen unless some buyers thought COMS was really going up. Just speculating on a profitable relationship between INTC and COMS could be enough reason to buy COMS at a cheap price and considering earning report appears to be OK.
