I agree with you about the stock having more upside. I'm a broker/analyst at MMI Group in Toronto and I have been buying the stock up for the last two years. At a recent analyst's meeting, the room was packed. Everyone is pretty keen about this acquisition of Work World. It should add $0.04-0.07 eps in 97. They paid 4x EBIT which I think was a good price considering the obvious strategic synergy between the two organizations. Call or email me if you want some more info (I've got tons!!).
