You know this is just MOO (My Own Opinion), but I rather get the feeling that tax/loss sales have already occurred. I know this tax/loss idea is being endless touted on CNBC and other sources, but it is rather difficult for me to believe in view of the beating that stocks in general have taken that this will amount to anything. Isn't it possible that what we have seen in recent weeks will suffice?
