Amber held a CC with analysts this morning. I wonder how they feel about the company's fortunes now. The market sure doesn't like it as the stock continues to fall. If you look at their results it's not hard to see why. They had puny CF of $24 million in the first half and they have debt of over $300 million. With declining CF it appears to be another Gulf. Also, the covenants on some of their debt (over $100 million) calls for the company to operate based on certain financial conditions otherwise the loans can be recalled. It looks like that could be a problem as well.

Any comments?
