I had contacted ADIC's investors relation a few days ago and left a message indicating my concern with the stock price and exactly what goes on at the company these days. A gentleman by the name of Mr. Chris Willis (I hope I spelled the last name correctly) from ADIC's investors relation returned my call this morning and left me a message. I was very pleased with his comments regarding the stock. In addition to verifying that Mr. Van Oppen bought over 40,000 shares of the company last week he also mentioned several other board members have also purchased the shares in the recent weeks..

With the recent news on company stock buy back program I am very much comfortable with my investment in ADIC. The company's fundamentals are solid and with the recent insider buying purchases I have regained all my confident in this company and its management. In fact I am planning to buy more shares. I am most positive a year from now (if not much much sooner) we look back and say " I wished I had bought more when I had the chance!" Simplistic way of thinking at this time? Perhaps, but under the current market conditions ADIC is doing its best to make sure share holders understand that management does think of them and is aware of their concerns and is confident of company's solid future prospects.
