You realize that SEC Trading Suspensions are few and far between. So, if the SEC were to shut down this or any other stock there would certainly have to be a mighty good reason. Speaking personally, I'd feel bad if trading were halted now before all those innocent WellRich cold call customers had a chance to sell their now unrestricted shares at a nice profit.
