Gee whiz, I'm new to this, but that sounds to me like using monopoly pressure in one business to try to create a monopoly in another business. I would think that would be illegal! ;-)

BTW, would that have been the long-dead NT for Alpha? (As a long sneer for Robert Palmer crosses my face.)
