Hi Joan,

I think breaking the old lows would do it. BTW, I do see a bear pennant being formed by the DOW and SP500. Right now, we're at the lower end of the pennant and I think we may rally back to 8000 or higher to complete this formation. This is bearish. In the meantime, I need to see a new low by a big selloff. (which may happen)
