In the native dialect around here it stands for 'Vicious Sucking Exercise'.
One of the stocks I trade the most has a 1-800 number for you yanquis but us common paisanos canadienses have to pay long distance to talk to IR. Not that we bother much, mind you ... but is there not some sort of message there
