Andy, I know it's gospel, but I've never really understood why a small float is so encouraging of manipulation. Can you explain it? I would think that a stock like NCES might be able to be manipulated for a point or so, but if it was really just b.s. manipulation, after a point or so buyers would come rushing in. A former MM once told me that manipulation does exist, but it usually is short-lived, often lasting only as long as it takes for other MMs to figure out what's going on. He did not think MMs conspired together, in other words. Perhaps he was talking about big-cap stocks only, I didn't ask back then. What is it about the small float that makes it attractive to manipulators?

By the way, thanks for your excellent analysis on the Hong Kong situation over on the THQI board.
