The Bovespa index is now under 5000 (down over 13% today) and looks like it, unfortunately, will finish under 5,000. This is a pretty serious decline over the last three months much steeper than the decline in TBR over the last three months.

I guess some fund managers are selling TBR to buy some of the more beaten down stocks; I am guessing this based on your post and the fact that TBR is down today almost twice (in terms of percentage points) as much as the BVSP index. And the day is not over.

At what point is TBR a safe long term investment?
