I suspect the thread has gone into "impeach Clinton" mode out of sheer frustration that Brinker's prediction of new stock-market highs towards the end of the year is now pretty much out of question. Right now, people will be happy to stay where they are -- in the mid 7000's. Nearly 14% of NYSE stocks and nearly 10% of NASDAQ stocks have made new lows today. Dipy.
