<<when they dismissed the parties, what were the words used.>>
Tha Ampex lawyer ( he had a minute left over after the Mitsubishi argument)- after a brief rebuttal of something the Mitsubushi lawyer had said about " counters" in the circuit - meekly said " I think I have used all my time "
...next words were from the elder judge. They were " And the next case is ...." Thought they'd be more polite..thank the lawyers etc. Randy I did not know the AXC people from the Mitsubishi ...there seemed many more of the latter, if seating behind the Mitsubishi lawyers was any indicator. So I really would not have known who to talk to. Was pessimistic until I thought over the content of the arguments. IF this panel will agree to serve as a second jury, I would think AXC's chances are good. If that in fact is not a function they choose to perform in this case ,,,forget it. In my extremely untutored opinion. The AXC lawyer did make a passing reference questioning the basis for overturning a jury decision. He may have made a decision on the fly to lean on the Mitubishi's expert opinion because of the initial gentle urging of the nonhostile judge to focus upon the clock argument.Again ....anyone reading this ...I am neither an expert on legal matters or an expert observer. Would very much welcome commentary from anyone there more knowledgable than myself, or who may have picked up on essential moments that I missed. Buoyancy is definitely out. Hope isn't. AXC would sure be bolstered by a positive result ......boy do they need to catch a break .....but their future will, I am pretty sure, be determined by success or failure in other endeavors. Don't you think? << nice outfit <g> >> Why thank you , Randy. My financial advisor, Alfred E Neuman, suggested this tailor ........ ( brown walking shoes ....blue socks ....floppy green canvas slacks...unbuttoned white shirt with vertical green stripes over navy blue T ...LOL. My thumb is sore just thinking about it ) So many business suits. ) |
